Women's Courses
We offer several popular options for those desiring to learn in an all-women environment. Learn to sail, gain confidence, and if you'd like, complete your ASA certification on one of these special courses, taught by women, for women only. Our instructors are USCG captains, but are also certified instructors with the American Sailing Association and want to help you achieve your sailing goals in an encouraging, calm and positive setting.
- Weeklong Basic to Bareboat Learn-n-Cruise (ASA 101, 103, and 104). This weeklong course is the identical to our Learn-n-Cruise , but in an all-women environment and is often a flotilla (group of Women's Learn-n-Cruise boats) learning and travelling together. No prerequisites. We'll begin with the basics and take you all the way through your Bareboat Cruising (Charter Certification), qualifying you to become empowered, confident and energized as you work towards gaining certification to handle a boat as either skipper or as a confident crew.
